We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-focused and highly organised Business Manager / Executive Assistant to be the right hand to a dynamic founder at the helm of a fast-growing fashion brand and PR company. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a creative, fast-paced and energetic environment where no two days are the same. This role is based in Central London and requires four days in the office (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays working from home. The salary is up to £65,000, depending on experience.
Who You Are
Experienced in supporting senior leadership, ideally in creative or fast-paced environments
Very organised, with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Financially confident – able to manage expenses, budgets, and liaise with accountants
Discreet, trustworthy, and professional – handling sensitive information with ease
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across all levels
Comfortable with HR responsibilities and improving systems/processes
Tech-savvy and confident using tools and templates for reporting
Positive, proactive and thrives in a high-energy, ever-changing setting
Able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and think strategically
Unflappable under pressure, with a flexible and can-do attitude
What You’ll Do
Act as a true right hand to the founder, keeping her organised, efficient, and focused
Manage day-to-day operations across the office and showroom
Liaise with the accountant and internal teams regarding expenses and budget tracking
Handle founder’s personal and professional admin, including travel, diary and inbox
Oversee HR-related tasks – contracts, onboarding, holiday tracking and processes
Track and streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency
Coordinate product logistics in and out of the showroom
Assist with preparing investor reports and developing internal templates
Be present and proactive around events, both internal and client-facing
Maintain an upbeat, can-do energy that supports the wider team and business
