Business Manager

FRS are recruiting an Operations / Business Manager for a dynamic and growing manufacturing & engineering business based near Chippenham, known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

With a strong reputation in their sector and a clear growth strategy, the Directors are now looking to recruit an Operations / Business Manager to grow with the business with a structured progression path to Director level which will include a 10% equity stake within the business!

Duties Will Include

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives / Directors ambition Drive operational efficiencies & looking at cost savings
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure product standards are maintained
• Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with finance, sales & other departments to ensure seamless day to day operations
• Proactively looking at new opportunities and presenting them to the Directors
• Report regularly to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning
