What You'll Do:
Lead by Example: Manage a small team of 360 recruiters while running your own successful recruitment desk.
Drive Profitability: Ensure targets are met and performance remains high.
Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth.
Expand Client Base: Grow and develop your client base to gain the greatest market share.
Set Standards: Demonstrate expertise in recruitment and set an example in candidate and client-facing activities.
Income Management: Oversee your division with full P&L control
What We're Looking For:
Proven Expertise: Experience in 360 recruitment or as a Recruitment Manager.
Business Savvy: Keen commercial insight with a proven talent for winning new business.
Target Achiever: Proficiency in setting and smashing sales targets and KPIs.
