Business Manager

LSH Auto is on the lookout for a skilled Business Manager to join our vibrant team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of our dealership, driving both sales performance and team productivity while ensuring a top-notch experience for our customers.

Hours - 40

Salary - £30,000 Plus OTE Bonus Plus Company Car

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance the dealership’s reputation by maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer offerings.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of retail business operations and sales processes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Valid UK driving licence.
