Business Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support the growth, performance, and operational effectiveness of a Wealth Management business. Partnering closely with senior leadership, Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee business planning and change delivery and help ensure the business operates efficiently, compliantly and with a strong client focus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support delivery of regional business plans and growth targets
2. Monitor and report on business performance and KPIs
3. Lead business readiness for operational, technology, regulatory and product changes
4. Oversee regional change initiatives and implementation
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and performance management
6. Act as a key contact for operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and strategic priorities

About You

1. Experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking or Financial Services
2. Strong understanding of operational and regulatory frameworks
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
4. Commercially aware with strong analytical capabilities
5. Experience leading change and cross-functional projects
6. Self-motivated, organised and able to work at pace
