We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in Bristol. Applicants must have previous automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or sales management experience, strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
Location: Bristol Salary: £35,000 basic OTE: £60,000 Company Car: Included

Support the Sales Team in maximising vehicle, finance and protection opportunities Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection products clearly to customers Tailor finance and protection options to individual customer requirements Ensure sales are completed compliantly and meet regulatory standards Drive departmental performance against agreed sales and finance targets Deliver a professional and transparent customer journey Build strong working relationships with customers and the wider Sales Team Business Manager Requirements
