As they continue their ambitious expansion, Delifresh is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the deli prep operations and drive growth at their Cramlington site.
As the Head of Deli Prep Operations, you will have the following responsibilities:
Oversee Operations: Manage all commercial and operational activities to meet business demands and Delifresh standards.
Financial Management: Control the profit and loss account and monitor all cost elements.
KPI Development: Create and track key performance indicators.
Quality Assurance: Ensure top-quality products are produced and delivered on time.
Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your team, fostering a positive work environment.
Standards Compliance: Maintain BRC operational standards and ensure health & safety compliance.
