Job Description

The Company:
Our client is a wealth management company, highly recognised and fantastic reputation.

The Role:
The Business Manager will work closely with the Front Office, specifically with the Client Services teams and senior stakeholders to drive business, technological and regulatory related improvements across the Client Services team.

The Business Manager will focus on developing strategic plans to support the Wealth Management firms long-term goals and help identify areas for improvement and implement change to increase efficiency to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.

The Business Manager will provide analytical support to the Client Services Team across all aspects of the Wealth Management business

The Business Manager will provide support/lead on IT Projects as required, be a key driver of change and will act as point of contact for new investment services as required.

The Business Manager will collaborate with wider Wealth Management business areas to identify potential for improving client focused services, operational efficiency and governance of key areas

The key business stakeholders that the Business Manager will work closely with will be the Front office, IT, Compliance, Risk.

The Business Manager will design, develop and continually evolve meaningful management information and KPI’s to help support the management of the Wealth Management business in a changing environment.

The Candidate:

Solid Business Management experience is essential for this role - specifically within Wealth Management, Investment Management or Front Office/Operations related business within Financial Services.

Business focused with a strong desire to understand and satisfy customer needs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse, understand and provide insight to drive business change

Good organisational skills

Capability to think critically and plan long term strategies

Leadership skills, setting clear vision and fostering a positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
