What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the overall performance of the business unit, including strategy, operations, and financials.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as quality, marketing, and product development.
• Monitor industry trends to support informed business decisions and planning.
• Support integration and development of a distributed team in collaboration with HR

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a technical, engineering, or operational setting.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L and budget management.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Understanding of regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GxP, FDA).
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• Strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
