Our client is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Operations Coordinator to support the growth of their UK business. This is a varied role covering sales and purchasing administration, technical service coordination, warehouse and logistics support, customer service and general back-office administration.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working across different areas of a business and is comfortable managing a varied workload. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the administration of sales and purchasing activities Process sales orders for equipment, parts and services, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and shipping documentation Handle customer claims and returns and provide first line customer support Support the technical service team with service bookings, customer communication, invoicing and contract renewals Assist with materials procurement and maintain contact with international suppliers Monitor supplier deliveries, check invoices and manage supplier claims and returns Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and support warehouse and logistics administration Pack consumables and spare parts orders and maintain stock records Provide customer and visitor support Assist with exhibitions, demonstration days and general administrationSkills and Experience:
Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage varied tasks Good written and verbal communication skills Confident dealing with customers and suppliers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting, packing and stacking boxes ERP and Microsoft Excel knowledge would be advantageousHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
