Business Planner

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Business Planner to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour.

The Opportunity:

This role will support the Programme Domain with a focus on business planning. This role will contribute to the delivery of business priorities within the Domain including budget coordination, team engagement activities, communications, leadership cadence & governance. 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Support the VP Chiefs with delivery of business priorities.
Lead budget coordination activities & inputs for the Domain.
Support with creation & delivery of communication plan.
Ensure that an effective cadence is developed and maintained across the domain.
Support the delivery of People & Culture priorities as well as employee engagement events
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail.
Proven strong IT skills, able to analyse data for reporting purposes.
Excellent communication skills, both within immediate team and with other departments.
Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload.
Experience in business administration
