🍊Our mission 

All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments. 

Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.

We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries. 

🍊About the role 

We’re looking for an experienced Business Quality Manager to drive our commitment to the highest standards of quality and compliance, while helping us accelerate our growth, achieve our mission and have fun while doing it. This role will lead Business Quality within Lindus Health, working closely with the rest of our Quality team and other internal functions. The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of the processes and requirements for ISO certification (most relevant is ISO27001).

We’d like to hear from you if you…

• Have understanding of the process and requirements for ISO certification, including experience of ISO audits. Most relevant is ISO27001; experience with ISO9001 would be ideal but is not essential

• Have experience conducting supplier assessments

• Have experience of working with an eQMS 

• Have high agency and a bias for action

• Are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed

🍊What you’ll focus on

• Focus area: Leading on ISO certification and compliance

  • Ensuring the company’s compliance with ISO27001 and ISO9001, including ensuring maintenance of our ISO27001 certification

  • Hosting ISO certification audits

  • Leading on supplier assessments

  • Conducting internal ISO27001 audits and collaborating with the team on corrective and protective actions

• Focus area: Maintaining the Integrated Management System

  • Maintain, author (as required) and improve policies and procedures to ensure Lindus Health’s ongoing compliance with ISO27001 and ISO9001

  • Ensure our management systems promote compliance

• Focus area: Continuous improvement as the company scales

  • Reviewing, presenting and discussing trends relating to key quality indicators (including audit findings) at regular management review meetings, in line with a culture of continuous improvement
