What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the Go-To Advisor: Support insolvency practitioners across all aspects of administration, liquidation, and receivership.
• Handle the Hard Stuff: Navigate both contentious and non-contentious cases—litigation, dispute resolution, and more.
• Lead with Strategy: Offer forward-thinking advice on complex insolvency scenarios, with a commercial edge.
• Draft With Precision: Prepare insolvency applications, legal agreements, and strategic documentation.
• Show Up in Court: Represent clients confidently in hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside property, litigation, and financial services colleagues to deliver all-round legal solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• A qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in corporate insolvency
• Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
• A deep understanding of insolvency law and business recovery strategy
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
