Job Description - Business Reporting Manager

Then look no further… Business Reporting Manager Salary - £62,046 to £80,295 per annum (plus benefits)Hours - 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pmLocation - UK with National TravelAs a Business Reporting Manager at FCC Environment, you will manage the UK business intelligence, reporting and planning team.This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week. However, we will consider requests for job shares to suit your lifestyle (working full days). Our promise to you - Competitive salary- 25 days’ annual leave (full-time working) plus Bank Holidays- Pension scheme- Life insurance- Discretionary bonus scheme- On the job training and progression- Recognition scheme- Refer a friend- Flexible benefits including high street savings, cycle to work scheme and Gymflex membership, holiday purchase and many more- Access to an Employee Assistance Programme and the Best Doctors Service via our Wellbeing Platform What will you be doing? - Managing the UK BI reporting and planning team- Developing roles and expanding their knowledge of the UK business and corporate systems and controls- Ensuring our Business Planning Tool (currently TM1) is configured to satisfy business requirements- Liaising with Group IT Security, ensuring Gateway is compliant with Group policy- Managing the Power BI platform- Ensuring TM1 and Power BI models are optimised for maximum efficiency- Implementing and managing the security of all models, business planning and reporting- Developing and documenting the strategy of reporting across the multiple platforms - Communicating our strategy to company stakeholders- Ensuring all audiences are accommodated within the strategy- Reviewing current systems and assessing emerging technologies- Providing tools for UK Dashboard reporting- Safeguarding reporting capabilities - Developing qualitative and quantitative monitoring and reporting- Supporting the data gathering process- Working with key functions to help develop methodologies and processes- Training end users

What we’re looking for

- Experience in the design, development and deployment of data solutions and the integration of new technologies- In-depth knowledge of Data Modelling, ETL development and Database/Data Warehousing, Structured and Unstructured data- An understanding of UK reporting requirements, design, develop and implement reporting capability- An understanding of Data Warehouse/Big Data About Us We are FCC Environment, one of the nation’s leading waste and resource management companies.
