This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high performing Business Services Team within the Growth, Environment & Transport Department at Leicestershire County Council.
About the Role
As a Business Services Information Officer, you will join a friendly, motivated and professional team committed to providing excellent customer service to colleagues across the department and Council, including senior management and Members.
The key component of the role consists of administering, managing and coordinating the department’s Freedom of Information, Environmental Information and Subject Access requests. You’ll be confident working with senior managers; work well under pressure; have great attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills; and appreciation of working according to national regulations and towards statutory deadlines.
