Job Description - Business Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of business clients across various sectors
  • Review accounts, tax returns and other deliverables prepared by the team
  • Oversee, mentor and support junior staff
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards
  • Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
