This role is ideal for someone with a strong general practice background who enjoys managing client portfolios, leading teams, and providing proactive business advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery

• Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of accountants

• Providing advice on business and financial matters to a diverse client base

• Supporting Partners with business development and client relationship management

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified

• Minimum of five years' experience in a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio and lead a team effectively

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
