Job Description - Business Services Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Business Services Manager on behalf of a highly regarded and leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Perth. As a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in managing a varied portfolio of clients, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and working closely with partners and directors. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while helping to shape the future of the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of business services clients
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts and tax returns
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Liaising directly with clients, providing proactive advice and solutions
  • Supporting Partners in business development activities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
