Job Description - Business Services Partner

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol to recruit for a Business Services Partner. As Business Services Partner, you will oversee a talented team, manage a varied portfolio, and work closely with other Partners to drive innovation and best practice across the department. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Business Services department
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and advisory services
  • Support and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals
  • Drive internal efficiencies and service improvements
  • Collaborate with other Partners on strategic planning and business development
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
