Job Description - Business Services Partner

As Business Services Partner, you will play a key role in leading client relationships, managing a diverse portfolio, and driving business growth. This is an outstanding opening for an individual eager to progress into partnership or strengthen their existing Partner-level experience within a leading firm of Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of business services clients, ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and guidance.
  • Drive growth of the firm’s Business Services offering through new client acquisition and cross-selling.
  • Oversee and mentor senior staff, ensuring team development and succession planning.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm at Partner level.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and business advisory services.
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
