Job Description - Business Services Senior

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Harleston who are looking to recruit a Business Services Senior to join their growing team. As a Business Services Senior, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse client portfolio, primarily made up of owner-managed businesses and SMEs across various industries. You will work closely with experienced managers and partners, providing high-quality accounting services including accounts preparation, management accounts, and assisting with advisory projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of year-end financial statements for a range of clients
  • Preparation of management accounts and VAT returns
  • Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide ongoing support
  • Working with managers and partners on ad-hoc advisory assignments
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
