Salary:£32,000 - £42,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone with accountancy practice experience who is keen to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, work closely with owner-managed businesses and SMEs, and develop leadership skills through mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing support where necessary
• Liaising with clients and offering advisory support
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and supporting Partners and Managers

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (QBE also considered)
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date with accounting standards
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
