Business/ Solutions Architect (HR/Payroll/ Time and attendance system)
Rate- £650/ day- Outside IR35 Contract, Duration-12 months, Location- London (Hybrid)
Should have experience in Software Systems- HR, Payroll, Time and attendance systems, Finance systems
Experience on full project lifecycle- Work on Proof of Concepts, work on As Is and To Be Processes, re-engineering the process
Work the systems out and act as a bridge between the supplier and proper solutions architect and show the best version to the customer
Need someone who has progressed up the ladder- been a BA doing requirement gathering/ understands the process design architecture / worked as a Senior Software Solution Architect for HR/ Payroll and Time and attendance systems and Finance systems.
A senior Solution Architect with stakeholder engagement skillsets, Software Systems experience (HR, Payroll, T&A) including Software delivery
Integration experience across other back-office systems and services is important.
