The Role

As a Business Studies Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5.

* Inspire students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, commercial awareness, and financial literacy.

* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students can succeed.

* Monitor, assess, and support student progress, providing meaningful feedback to drive achievement.

* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

About You

The successful candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Have experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary school setting.

* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for business, enterprise, and economics.

* Have high expectations of student achievement, behaviour, and engagement.

* Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

* Be committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practice.
