We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Career Teacher of Business Studies to join our thriving secondary school in Grays from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated ECT to begin their teaching career within a supportive, forward-thinking department.

About the Role
You will:
· Deliver engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 4 and (where applicable) Key Stage 5
· Inspire students with real-world business knowledge and entrepreneurial thinking
· Contribute to the continued development of the Business curriculum
· Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential

What We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from ECTs who:
· Hold (or are on track to achieve) QTS
· Have a strong academic background in Business, Economics or a related subject
· Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning
· Are committed to high standards, inclusion, and student achievement
· Are reflective practitioners eager to develop their pedagogy
