Business Studies Teacher

Step Teachers are working with an amazing secondary school within the Rushden area to source a Business Studies Teacher for a long-term role. This position is a full-time role to start immediately.

This Secondary School has "Good" standards of behaviour and developing strong, positive, and trusting relationships with pupils and their families allows them to work in collaboration to ensure all pupils fulfil their potential and develop their talent

Business Studies Teacher Role:

• Good knowledge of KS3 and KS4 Business Studies

• Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons

• Maintain an organised and professional classroom with all of the associated resources

• Work effectively with other members of staff, both within the department and throughout the school

• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback

• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these

Requirements for Business Studies Teacher:

• Hold QTS or equivalent qualification for teaching in Secondary School

• Have recent mainstream school-based experience as a Business Studies Teacher

• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management

• A relevant related degree is desirable

• Living within or commutable distance of Rushden, Northamptonshire
