About the Business Teacher Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Business Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful Business Teacher will have the opportunity to teach Business Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and real-world applications of business principles.

Responsibilities of the Business Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.


• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students can explore business concepts and develop their entrepreneurial skills.


• Assess and monitor student progress in Business Studies, providing constructive feedback and support.


• Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and departmental resources.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the business world and incorporate new technologies into the classroom.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Business Studies teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• A degree in Business Studies or a related field.


• Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.


• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Business Studies.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
