The Role

You will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5.

Encourage students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.

Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to maximise achievement.

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Has experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.

Possesses excellent subject knowledge and a passion for business education.

Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.

Is committed to raising standards and achieving excellent outcomes for students.
