RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Success Specialist will serve as a pivotal member of the Business Success team, supporting the Business Success Architect with both strategic and tactical initiatives. This role combines pre-sales support, post-sales analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer outcomes and successful project delivery. By engaging with customers and internal teams, the Business Success Specialist will drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure alignment between customer needs and company objectives.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to manage any escalations from the Customer Success Team and align our product team with customer needs. You will report to our Business Success Architect to support Autocab with our key business objectives to achieve the following:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business Success Strategy & Engagement
- Pre-Sales Support: Actively participate in pre-sales activities for large fleet acquisitions, bringing a professional, creative approach to aid in concluding sales and building trust with potential clients.
- Post-Sales Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive gap analyses for large-scale projects to ensure accurate understanding of customer requirements and seamless onboarding.
Project Oversight
- Steering Meetings: Attend steering committee meetings for critical projects, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Approval Gate for Development Requests: Act as a primary approval gate for all development requests during project delivery. Assess and validate requests, working closely with development teams to ensure projects align with customer needs and company goals.
- Requirements Scoping & Specification: Where necessary, work with the development team to scope out customer requirements, ensuring the specifications meet both technical standards and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Product Development Partnership: Collaborate closely with the product team to align current and future product offerings with customer needs, providing feedback to improve existing solutions.
- Innovation Hub Management: Assist the product team in managing the Innovation Hub, triaging feature requests and proactively explaining to customers why certain requests may not be implemented, focusing on high-value solutions.
- Project Delivery: work closely with the onboarding team to identify and pre-empt any issues and pro-actively resolve matters arising during the project delivery.
- Customer Success Escalations: Manage escalations from the Customer Success Team where needed
CORE WORKING HOURS
9am - 5pm, Monday – Friday
Hybrid working model – our collab days are Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate Tuesdays
