Job Description - Business Support Administrator

Business Support Administrator
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + Benefits
Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire LS25

Permanent Office based role

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Flexible)
Saturday rota (May–November) and one late evening per week (May–October), paid in addition to salary.

Commutable from Castleford, Selby, Garforth, Pontefract, Tadcaster, York or Leeds

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks and projects to work as a Sales and Project Administrator for a company based in Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire

The Role

In this varied and exciting role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects and supporting the sales team with all aspects of administration and coordination. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, working with some of the biggest names in the events industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Administration & Support:

  • Processing incoming enquiries and producing detailed quotations
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email
  • Updating internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Supporting marketing efforts with content and ideas
  • Securing long-term client agreements

Project Coordination:

  • Creating job files and managing event documentation
  • Booking accommodation, travel, and necessary site equipment
  • Liaising with on-site crews and internal departments
  • Preparing RAMS, Health & Safety documents, and drawings
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary: £28k – £32k depending on experience
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays (plus one extra day per year of service)
