We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join a leading organisation within the Maritime sector. What you’ll be doing:

* Providing extensive administrative support across the business

* Assisting with project delivery, ensuring key milestones are tracked and documented

* Supporting compliance processes and documentation

* Preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications

* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

* A strong background in administration, ideally within a fast-paced or technical environment

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to support multiple projects at once and meet deadlines

* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels

* Proficiency with MS Office and business systems
