Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Coordinator to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of operations by managing job scheduling, coordinating on-site employees & sub-contractors, and maintaining clear communication with all clients

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 

Your responsibilities will include:

Create and schedule jobs, ensuring efficient deployment of on-site personnel.
Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.
Maintain clear communication with on-site resources, providing updates and necessary information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through efficient data entry and clerical tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure reports are clear, accurate, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone Manner
Proven experience in coordination, scheduling, or an administrative role
Full UK license
