We are on the lookout for a confident Business Support Coordinator to join our diverse team at Universal Business Team in Hitchin, England, United Kingdom.

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800am to 1700pm (office based)

Are you a talented individual seeking a rewarding role in a growing business environment? We are currently seeking a proficient Business Support Coordinator to join our client's small but growing team, based in Hitchin.

As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be a crucial link in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational aspects, including sales support, administrative tasks, and financial coordination. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the directors to streamline processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Manage financial operations such as banking, invoicing, and budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, including photos and videos.
  • Collaborate with marketing specialists to support with implementing strategies for business growth
  • Review and update operational procedures and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls and managing office supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in accounts administration is advantageous (not essential).
