Overview
Our client, a leading organisation operating within the high-tech logistics sector, is seeking a Business Support Executive to provide high-level support to their Country Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where precision, confidentiality, and initiative are key.

This role requires a proactive, exceptionally organised individual with proven experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive diary and schedule management, coordinating complex appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Country Manager, handling calls, emails, and written correspondence with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Support day-to-day administrative duties including expense management, file organisation, and document handling.
Organise and coordinate internal meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
Plan and book corporate travel and accommodation, creating detailed travel packs where required.
Manage and maintain the Country Manager’s inbox, prioritising communications and supporting informed, streamlined decision-making.
Assist in the creation and submission of Board and Financial reports and support the organisation of major business events.
Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Provide content support for business media activities, including drafting and scheduling professional posts on platforms like LinkedIn.
Assist in planning team and company-wide events, and act as point-of-contact for visitors.
Provide occasional PA cover to the Managing Director, including during leave periods.
Travel occasionally to other UK sites as required.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a Business Support or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior-level stakeholders.
Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organisation.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Discretion and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
