Job Description

Business Support Manager oversees administrative and operational aspects of a business, ensuring smooth daily functioning and contributing to strategic goals. Their responsibilities can include managing teams, implementing processes, and providing support to various departments. Essentially, they bridge the gap between daily operations and broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

👥 People Management: Directly managing administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

🛠️ Operational Support: Overseeing and optimizing processes related to finance, HR, facilities, and other business functions.

📊 Project Support: Assisting with project planning, implementation, and monitoring, ensuring projects align with business goals.

💰 Financial Management: Contributing to budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting.

⚙️ Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

🗣️ Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating communication between different teams and departments, and with external stakeholders.

⚠️ Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
