An exciting and challenging role has been created by my London city-based client to manage the Business Support functions for this leading law firm. The role encompasses both business support and facilities management and requires someone who is both highly organised and experienced in these areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with law firm operational experience to take ownership of the office’s day-to-day processes.
The role is an internal and client stakeholder facing one where professionalism and presentation are essential and where the post-holder will have excellent stakeholder relationship management experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the client suite delivery and the general office operates smoothly and efficiently, to sustainably ensure an exceptional client experience.
To oversee facilities, client suite and central support personnel including day-to-day supervision and line management.
Responsible for central support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and professional development in line with the firm’s L&D and Emerging Talent processes.
