£17.21 Paye or £22.37 Umbrella inside IR35
As a Business Support officer you will be responsible for providing proactive and comprehensive support to staff, students, and visitors. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the business support office.
The Job:
Manage access control to designated buildings and areas
Handle daily mail collection and distribution
Maintain an organised filing system in compliance with MOD standards
Issue and manage building keys
Process staff arrivals and clearances
Coordinate station photographers for course photos.
Monitor office supplies and manage stationery orders
Assist with visitor briefings and course bookings
Update FlightPro currencies
Respond to queries in the Group Mailbox
Support all associated course administration tasks
Provide business support to Pilot Students under training

Experience:
Familiarity with key IT software packages including FlightPro and MODNet JPA.
Awareness of financial, commercial, and procurement processes
