6 months contract
£445 per day, inside IR35
Hybrid role - occasional travel to the office in Reading

My large client is currently looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join them on a 3 month contract basis to assist with their CRM products. This will include specifying new IT solutions, modifying existing products, and integrating new features.

Your responsibilities will include:
Make recommendations for developing new and existing products
Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems or products
Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
Apply software development lifecycle, refine product backlog, and build roadmaps
Oversee product development and develop solutions to be deployed

Required skills include:
Experience working within a development team
Possess excellent knowledge of the Customer Service function, specifically CRM
Excellent stakeholder skills
Experience with implementing new solutions
