Business Analyst – Horsham (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
  
• Gather, validate, and document requirements from key stakeholders
  
• Support Agile frameworks (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.) in project delivery
  
• Utilise tools such as Confluence and Jira for project tracking and documentation
  
• Present recommendations and insights for process enhancements
  
• Collaborate effectively to establish and maintain professional relationships across departments
  
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
  
• Ensure robust customer service, project management, and quality control standards
  
• Support the implementation of changes and assist with user training as needed
  

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  
• Experience working with Agile delivery methods
  
• Practical knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  
• Degree in a relevant IT subject or equivalent business experience
  
• Ability to multi -task and prioritise in a fast -paced environment
  
• Strong analytical, relationship -building, and problem -solving skills
  
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement
