The opportunity

Most companies don’t have a systems problem. They have a usage problem. They’ve invested. The platforms are there. But teams still work around them. Data doesn’t quite join up. Decisions take longer than they should.

You’ll take a business that already has the tools you would expect like ERP, CRM, reporting and make them work together and stick.

Not through big programmes or theory……but by getting under the skin of how people really operate day to day and improving it.

What you’ll really be doing

* Sitting with teams and understanding how work gets done vs how it’s meant to

* Cutting out duplicate effort, spreadsheets, and workarounds

* Making systems simpler, clearer, and genuinely useful

* Joining up ERP, CRM and reporting so people can see what’s going on without digging

* Helping leadership get cleaner, faster, more reliable information

What success looks like

* People stop avoiding the systems, because they finally make sense

* Reporting becomes something you trust, not question

* Less noise, fewer manual fixes, better flow across the business

* Leaders start relying on data instead of chasing it

The profile

* You’ve led or shaped business systems, not just IT support

* Strong grounding in ERP environments (NetSuite helpful but not essential)

* You think in terms of process and flow, not just systems

* Comfortable working across functions such as sales, ops, finance

* You influence people naturally and you don’t need a big playbook to drive change
