Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the tax department
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of annual tax returns and other business-related filings
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise efficiency
• Identify opportunities for tax incentives and rebates
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
• Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law

Profile

A successful 'Business Tax Manager' should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Professional tax certification
• Expert knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
• Strong management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
