Dunbar Education is currently supporting a fantastic specialist provision in Milton Keynes seeking a qualified Business Teacher to join their team full-time on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need alternative, engaging approaches to learning.

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

• Lead on employability curriculum and vocational pathways

• Support students with diverse needs, including those with SEMH or challenging backgrounds

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging, personalised lessons that support achievement and progression

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic development of each learner

• Create a nurturing and aspirational learning environment with a focus on life skills and future success

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is essential

• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies

• Passionate about supporting young people with barriers to learning

• Confident in managing classroom behaviour in a supportive and inclusive way

• Resilient, adaptable, and ready to be a positive role model

• Experience in specialist, PRU or alternative provision settings is desirable but not essential

• Competitive salary (£36,628.16 - £42,160.74 depending on experience)

• Permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday)

• Smaller class sizes with additional support staff
