Academic Progress Monitoring: Implement rigorous formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to design sharp, targeted interventions that bridge learning gaps.
Examination Preparation: Guide exam cohorts systematically through the technical demands of GCSE Business, BTEC Enterprise, and A-Level Business Studies specifications, maximising outcomes for all learners.
Pastoral Care Integration: Undertake full form tutor responsibilities, managing daily registration, monitoring pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal development units.
