Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students


• Inspire and engage students to achieve their best in Business studies


• Assess and provide feedback on student progress


• Contribute to the development of the Business department’s curriculum


• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Business or a related field


• A PGCE or QTS qualification


• Proven ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5 levels


• A passion for Business and the ability to motivate and inspire students


• Strong organisational and communication skills

Salary

The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid according to the MPS/UPS scale.
