About the Role

As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students at KS4 and KS5, preparing them for GCSE and A-Level exams. You will be expected to create a stimulating classroom environment, promote a love of Business, and provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their exams and future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Business to KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level)


• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback


• Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum


• Support students' academic and personal development


• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards


• Potential to take on additional leadership responsibilities and a TLR for the right candidate

Experience and Qualifications:

• A degree in Business or a related field


• 
  QTS or equivalent qualification


• Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5
  


• Strong classroom management skills


• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success


• Leadership potential for the TLR role
