We are seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to join an Outstanding school in Stafford from September on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Business to KS4 and KS5, with the opportunity to work in a thriving department that is both well-equipped and highly respected within the school. This role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers with a passion for Business education.

Experience and Qualifications

• Business teacher with the ability to teach GCSE and A-Level Business


• Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards


• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Specific Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS4 and KS5


• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to ensure progress


• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment


• Maintain excellent classroom management and promote student well-being


• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues


• Contribute to the wider life of the department and school

Salary

The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale (MPS/UPS)
depending on experience.
