The Role

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons to students across KS4 and KS5
  


• Inspire students to engage with business concepts and develop practical skills


• Promote the Business curriculum and offer innovative teaching strategies


• Lead on departmental initiatives with the opportunity to take on a TLR
  


• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback


• Collaborate with colleagues to further develop the Business department
  

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related field


• PGCE/QTS


• Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5
  


• Proven leadership skills (if applying for TLR)

The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS with a TLR depending on experience.
