Business Travel Consultant Hybrid 3 days in London office

Urbanberry Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be assisting our client in finding the next Business Travel Consultant to join their established team! We know that it takes passion for the industry, a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of customer service to deliver the kind of travel provision they need for this prestigious client.

The role is hybrid with 3 days a week in London and 4 weeks training in the London office. A 37.5 hour week.

Working for just one client means you really get to know them, understand their travel policies and deliver a superbly personalised service - this really suits someone who can build long term relationships effectively.

So, if you’re a Business Travel Consultant who has the following skills and would like to work in a London office 3 days a week this is an exciting role for you.

• Strong experience in the Business Travel sector including booking flights, hotels, car hire and other travel services

• Competent on a GDS system, Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus

• Fares and ticketing knowledge

• Excellent levels of customer service and ability to work in autonomously and to client service level agreements

• Able to travel to London for initial training ( this could be up to 4 weeks, expenses covered)
