Business Unit Manager (Training Division)

Location: Gloucestershire(Office-based) with Occasional UK Travel
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Driving License Required

About the Role:
Lead the growth and innovation of our training division in renewable energy and sustainability. Focus on developing new training products, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant courses—without sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
Ensure courses meet industry standards and regulations.
Work with partners (training centres, government, industry bodies).
Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise operations.
Lead a small team and collaborate across departments.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in operations, training, or compliance (technical/environmental sectors a plus).
Strong organiser with problem-solving and leadership skills
Knowledge of training standards (e.g., health/safety, accreditation).
Innovator who enjoys creating solutions and improving systems.
