Working Hours
*5 out of 7 days per week
*1 weekend day per week with flexibility
*8:00 am - 5:30 pm
*Closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, December 27th, and New Year's Day

Main Responsibilities
*Skilled butchery including carcass breakdown of beef, pork, and lamb
*Handmade sausage production
*Serving and advising customers at the counter
*Providing product knowledge and recipe suggestions
*Adhering to food safety guidelines, temperature checking and assisting in stock takes.

The ideal Butcher will have/be
*Proven butchery experience, including whole carcass work
*Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
*Confidence in a customer-facing environment
*Ability to work efficiently and cleanly in a busy team setting
*Experience with butchery equipment and a willingness to embrace new methods
